Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of any sales period or holidays where higher volumes are received - these may take up to 3 days to dispatch.

You should receive your order within 2-6 working days.

Dispatches will not be made on weekends or public holidays. Orders are dispatched from Whangarei, New Zealand.

Delivery charges cover packaging & delivery. If items are lost or damaged the cost is covered subject to the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1998. If you need to make a compensation claim for an undelivered item please contact us.

We charge in NZ dollars for all orders as per advertised amount shown online at the time of purchase. 

Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time, a physical address is required.
